The Bookie Replacement Project
This customer's fireplace was not producing heat and the tile was outdated. Customer was on a tight budget as this was in the basement family room which wasn't used very often.
In order to stick to the budget we removed the existing tile stone but preserved the existing mantel to save money and time. Then we replaced fireplace with a high efficiency “clean face” model that eliminates the louvers on the top and bottom, allowing us to stone right up to the class. This gave the customer the look of a traditional masonry fireplace opening.
This particular home had a view of the Puget Sound so to tie in the view to the home decor the customer chose driftwood and stone media.
We also want to point out how well the install team covered all of the furniture and carpet with protection. No matter how big or small the project is, protecting the customers property is always a priority to us.
